Liberty Personnel is partnered with a well-established manufacturing company seeking an Inventory Accountant to join their growing team. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who has some experience with inventory, cost accounting, or month-end close and is looking to take the next step into a senior-level position.

You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of manufacturing accounting, work directly with leadership, and have the opportunity to grow into a key contributor on the finance team.

• Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Support preparation of financial reports and cash flow forecasts
• Analyze inventory variances, shipping costs, tariffs, and key expense areas
• Help maintain strong internal controls and accurate data reporting
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives

• 3+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or distribution exposure)
• Familiarity with inventory and expense drivers
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with accounting systems
• Excellent communication and team skills – ability to work across departments
• A proactive mindset and desire to learn and grow into a senior-level role
