🌟 Office Assistant — Com For Care Home Care (Lansdale Office)
Pay: $15–$17/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday (9am to 3pm)

Com For Care Home Care is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our friendly Lansdale team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, helping others, and keeping an office running smoothly.
We’ll provide full training on our home care systems and procedures—we just need someone who’s great with computers and eager to learn!
Scheduling & Coordination
- Support daily and weekly caregiver scheduling to ensure consistent client coverage.
- Maintain and update caregiver availability charts.
- Assist with new client starts and last-minute schedule changes.
- Confirm shifts and timecards before payroll submission.
- Manage and organize client and employee files (digital and paper).
- Perform data entry, document scanning, and basic reporting.
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Prepare and send forms, letters, and notices as needed.
- Post job ads, screen applicants, and schedule interviews.
- Prepare new hire packets and assist with caregiver onboarding.
- Track employee credentials and training compliance.
- Maintain compliance logs and assist with state audit preparation.
- Monitor and remind caregivers of expiring documents (TB, CPR, etc.).
- Update and maintain compliance spreadsheets and HR files.
- Help ensure all required records meet state and agency standards.
- Communicate scheduling updates or office messages.
- Assist with caregiver recognition or internal newsletters.
- Record and report client or caregiver feedback to management.
- Verify EVV/timecards for accuracy before payroll.
- Help with invoice and payment tracking as needed.
- Proficient computer skills required (Microsoft Office, Gmail, and data entry).
- Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail.
- Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must provide two professional references (no family or co-workers).
- Experience in home care or healthcare administration is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person!
