Lead cross-functional operational improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations, with a focus on critical KPI performance including productivity, on-time delivery, Cost management, staffing effectiveness, site performance, and improved standardization and collaboration across sites. Serve as a trusted execution partner to the COO by managing analytical and transactional activities that support strategic and operational priorities. Define project scope, organize workplans, schedule meetings, identify appropriate project team members, track milestones, and drive follow-through on commitments.

Establish and manage project governance, KPI tracking, dashboards, operating reviews, and accountability mechanisms to improve execution discipline. Mine, extract, manipulate, analyze, and synthesize operational, financial, labor, quality, safety, supply chain, headcount, and engagement data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. Develop executive-ready presentations, summaries, dashboards, and other content that organize complex information in a clear, concise, and compelling format.

Support organizational change recommendations related primarily to process ownership and organizational structure; periodically lead implementation of approved changes. Partner with and support continuous improvement or other enterprise-wide improvement projects driven by the Transformation Management Office (TMO), including Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, value stream mapping, and standard work, as appropriate to business needs. Partner with site leaders, functional directors, HR, Finance and other key stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate results.

Operate independently while building alignment, influencing decisions, and driving accountability with manufacturing site leaders and functional directors. Handle senior-level financial, staffing, operational, and limited confidential employee information with appropriate judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.

Bachelor’s degree required; degree in business, operations, engineering, supply chain, finance, or related field preferred. Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous improvement certification is strongly preferred. Experience in change management methodologies, such as Prosci, is strongly preferred. 8–10 years of progressive experience in operations, program management, operational excellence, manufacturing, supply chain, business operations, or a related discipline. Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred, particularly in a multi-site operating environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage multiple competing priorities, and drive execution through influence rather than direct authority. Strong analytical capability, including the ability to extract, manipulate, interpret, and present data from varied sources. Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel; experience building and managing internal and external dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualization tools is required. Experience preparing executive-ready materials, business cases, recommendations, project updates, and operational performance summaries.
