Assistant Superintendent

• Assist with daily planning and coordination of subcontractor activities to support workflow and schedule milestones
• Monitor jobsite safety compliance and promote safe work practices
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite, including the construction office and work zones
• Support the Superintendent with planning, scheduling, and coordination of materials and inspections
• Represent the employer professionally by maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors, clients, and coworkers

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• OSHA
  10 Construction certification
• Basic ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  
  Entry-level experience in commercial or residential construction
• Basic working knowledge of information technology systems

• Experience with multi-story construction, including post-tension concrete
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience working across multiple construction trades
