This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Lansdale, PA, for a Music Producer/Chief Engineer. The role involves overseeing and managing recording sessions, producing high‑quality music, and collaborating with artists to bring their creative visions to life. Key responsibilities include handling music technology and equipment, ensuring a professional sound, and staying aligned with industry trends and best practices. Additional tasks include sound editing, managing studio operations, and mentoring artists to refine their skills and techniques.

• In‑depth knowledge of Music Production and Music Technology
• Well‑rounded understanding and application of Music Theory
• Experience with Music Industry operations and trends
• Familiarity with a range of music styles and genres
• Proficiency in sound editing software and audio engineering tools
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to foster artist relations
• Creative problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
• Prior experience as a Music Producer, Engineer, or similar role is highly advantageous

Salary between $125,000 & $150,000 depending on experience and skillset
