• Weekday mornings – required

• 15‑30 hours weekly

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we will train you).
• Work as part of a team of instructors that run classes and birthday parties on weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families to ensure a magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and a membership experience; treat members like family.
• Lead and positively impact children, families, and teammates; potential for upward mobility.

• You are open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high‑5’s; a background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is a plus.
• You have experience in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.
• You serve others and enjoy making people feel good.
• Kids like you and their parents like you too.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by classmates.
• You love having fun but know when to buckle down and do work.

• Kids and parents walk out of our classes more confident each day.
• You'll stay active, hitting activity rings all day.

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Over 40 years, our trained instructors nurture confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, camps, and birthday parties. All locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees.

Compensation: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour.
