Overview

Otterly Baths, a locally owned bathroom remodeling company, is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand at events across the Philadelphia suburbs and Wilmington, DE. The role is part-time, 1099 independent contractor, and focused on weekend events.

• $18–$20 per hour base pay
• $30 for every in‑home design consultation you generate
• Additional $70 if your lead turns into a sold project

• 6‑hour event shift = $108–$120 base pay
• 5 completed appointments +$150
• 2 sold jobs +$140

• Part‑time, flexible side‑hustle role
• Most shifts are Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Typical shifts 4–8 hours
• Ideal for weekday workers, students, hospitality staff, or anyone seeking extra income

• Engage and converse with event attendees in a friendly, professional manner
• Educate potential customers about Otterly Baths and our remodeling services
• Encourage attendees to enter our $15,000 bathroom remodel giveaway
• Accurately collect customer information and schedule in‑home design consultations
• Represent the Otterly Baths brand with energy, professionalism, and integrity

• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable starting conversations
• Enjoy events, festivals, and public interaction
• Seeking a fun weekend side‑hustle with real earning potential
• Self‑motivated and results‑driven
• Experience in promotions, brand ambassador work, retail, hospitality, fitness sales, or events (helpful but not required)

• Paid training provided
• Simple scripts and clear expectations
• Booth setup and event process explained
• Ongoing coaching to maximize earnings

• Events throughout the Philadelphia suburbs and Wilmington, DE
• Reliable transportation required
• Local travel to event sites

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, indoors and outdoors
