U.S. Financial Controller; Hybrid

Position: U.S. Financial Controller (Hybrid)
.Partner and align closely with the Regional Controller and global Finance team members to ensure U.S. processes are consistent with enterprise-wide standards, policies, and reporting requirements. Oversee the preparation and accuracy of the consolidated U.S. financial statements and monthly reporting, ensuring timely, reliable, and business-relevant results, which included the consolidation and eliminations of the intercompany transactions.

Manage the U.S. payroll function in partnership with HR, ensuring compliance with all payroll-related requirements and accurate employee compensation processing.

Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives and Finance-related projects that improve processes, strengthen controls, and modernize U.S. financial operations.
** Education/

Certifications:

** 12–15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven ability to partner with business leaders to align Finance with strategy, anticipate business needs, and deliver insights that inform decisions.

Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to build relationships across Finance and with operational leaders. Experience leading teams through organizational and digital change, with demonstrated success as a change champion in ERP or system transformation environments.

Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.##
