FP&A Manager – Supply Chain Operations Finance

Location:

Greater Philadelphia area (Remote flexibility). Employment:
Full-time. Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven FP&A Manager to join our fast‑growth team. This pivotal role will oversee financial planning and analysis, cost‑reduction strategies, financial forecasting, and cost management. The manager will also lead supply‑chain finance and reporting to ensure the organization’s financial health and sustainability.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the FP&A function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of forecasts and reports.
  • Develop and implement cost‑reduction strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Oversee the supply‑chain finance function, collaborating with operations to identify savings.
  • Provide detailed reports to senior management on trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate across departments to develop financial plans and forecasts that align with strategy.
  • Monitor manufacturing costs, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support decision‑making.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and implement controls to mitigate risk.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CFA/CPA/CMA an advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Experience collaborating with supply‑chain, logistics, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost management.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and analysis; translate complex data into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; convey financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team‑management skills with a track record of driving performance and efficiency.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software.
  • Strategic thinker capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
