Harborview Lansdale Rehab and Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide direct patient care and support residents in achieving and maintaining independence.

• Deliver comprehensive, individualized resident treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Help residents achieve their goals using appropriate supplies, adaptive equipment, and care techniques.
• Communicate resident progress, challenges, and treatment plans with supervisors and the interdisciplinary team.
• Document resident care accurately in inpatient and departmental records in accordance with regulatory and corporate guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following departmental and facility procedures.
• Use proper body mechanics when lifting, transferring, and assisting residents.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant Registration/State Licensure from an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with geriatric, adult neurologic, cardiac, and/or general rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, kneel, grasp, push/pull, and perform fine motor manipulation as needed for resident care.
