. We serve both adults and adolescents, with a focus on mental health, eating disorders, and co‑occurring concerns.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Part‑Time Adolescent Counselor to join our Lansdale clinical team. This role focuses on delivering individual therapy to adolescent clients in an outpatient setting. Position Overview- Providing individual outpatient therapy to adolescent clients
- Facilitate group therapy to adolescent clients
- Conducting clinical assessments and developing person‑centered treatment plans
- Collaborating with families, schools, and referral sources to support client progress
- Monitoring behavioral and emotional needs and adjusting treatment as clinically indicated
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participating in clinical meetings and care coordination
- Supporting program goals and performing additional clinical duties as assigned
- Expertise in adolescent mental health and co‑occurring conditions
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Ability to engage teens in meaningful therapeutic work
- Effective communication with families and support systems
- Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to ethical standards and clinical best practices
Required:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field.
- Completion of a clinical based internship or practicum.

- Experience providing therapy to adolescents in outpatient settings
