The Company is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Lead Dietary Aide position.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for fostering an environment of hospitality for residents and guests under the direction of the Nutrition Services Manager. You will be responsible for the accuracy of diets and meal service in the absence of the manager. You will work alongside Dietitians, Managers, and Chefs to help prepare food for residents. You will prepare and serve therapeutically correct diets while following established menu guidelines and may perform some short order cooking for meal service.
You will enforce all policies and ensure regulatory guidelines for safe food handling and sanitation are in place.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a food or healthcare setting
- Serve Safe Certification (or willing to obtain within the three-month introductory period)

Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.09 per hour, starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
