Are you ready to test the limits of innovation? CAES by Honeywell is calling all elite technicians to join our mission‑critical team in Lansdale, PA. As a Sr. Production Test Technician, you won’t just be running diagnostics—you’ll be safeguarding the integrity of the systems that protect nations, launch satellites, and power the future of defense electronics.

In this role, you’ll be the final gatekeeper of quality before our products take flight—literally. You’ll push high‑reliability electronics through rigorous performance and environmental testing, troubleshoot complex systems, validate durability under demanding conditions, and elevate our cutting‑edge RF, microelectronic, and aerospace solutions. You’ll work side‑by‑side with engineers and production teams to ensure every unit meets uncompromising standards.

This is a second shift position following training, and you’ll earn a shift differential for your evening expertise. If you have a sharp eye for anomalies, a steady hand for precision, and a passion for solving complex problems in high‑stakes environments, this is your moment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop test specifications, methods, and procedures from drawings, standard work, and diagrams—transforming raw data into precision‑driven performance protocols.
  • Prepare technical reports that spotlight your brilliance and drive solutions to complex challenges.
  • Calibrate, enhance, and maintain cutting‑edge test equipment, keeping our tools razor‑sharp and mission‑ready.
  • Lead the charge as a team leader within your functional area, setting the pace and raising the bar for technical excellence.
  • Maintain elite certifications that mark you as a top‑tier technician in the aerospace and defense arena.
  • Recommend 6S improvements that revolutionize the workspace.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Willing to work 2nd shift.
  • Minimum 2 years of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing work environment.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, time‑keeping system, ERP system, routing, etc.).
  • Detail‑oriented with good manual and eye dexterity.
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Four years of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing work environment.
  • Associate’s Degree or Technical Degree in Electrical Technology.
  • Military Electronic Schools or Electronic Training from the military.
  • Active Security Clearance.
  • Experience in defense or aerospace industry.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges.
  • Willingness to take on diverse projects and work with different teams.
