Manufacturing Associate in our shade‑product division.
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. This role involves hands‑on work fabricating and assembling a variety of custom products, including retractable awnings, sunroom components, doors, and windows.
What You’ll Do- Measure, cut, and assemble materials including aluminum, fabric, and glass.
- Operate hand and power tools to build product components.
- Install hardware and fittings for awnings, windows, and doors.
- Follow production schedules and work orders accurately.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Assist with loading and staging of materials for delivery or installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or fabrication preferred.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
- Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, or technical drawings.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Forklift or OSHA certification is a plus.

Starting at $17/hr.
6+ Weeks of Paid Days Off in Year 1 – 15 days of paid time off (PTO) + 16 paid holidays = 31 days (6+ weeks). An additional 5 days of PTO in your second year brings the total to 36 days (7+ weeks).
