Lansdale, PA | Full-time | Onsite | Day Schedule
$95,000–$115,000 | Full Benefits

An established industrial manufacturer is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer who enjoys solving problems on the shop floor and personally programming CNC machining work.

This role offers the opportunity to learn from experienced operators, turn their knowledge into clear procedures, and develop better ways to manufacture parts. You’ll combine hands‑on CAM programming with process improvement and equipment implementation.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate existing manufacturing methods and develop practical improvements.

Create CAM programs from 3D models and work with machinists to validate them on CNC equipment.

Turn operator knowledge into clear work instructions and setup documentation.

Improve tooling, fixturing, and process consistency to reduce defects and rework.

Partner with production and quality teams to troubleshoot machining and molding problems.

Help introduce new manufacturing equipment and processes.

What You’ll Bring

Manufacturing engineering experience with direct responsibility for production processes; 5+ years preferred.

Hands-on CAM programming and CNC setup/prove‑out experience.

Demonstrated ability to document and standardize manufacturing methods.

Working knowledge of machining, tooling, fixturing, drawing tolerances, and GD&T.

A collaborative approach to working with operators and resolving problems.

Availability for onsite work in Telford.

Preferred: A manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, or related engineering degree, or equivalent relevant experience. Solid Works CAM, Fusion, comparable CAM software, and plastic/composite manufacturing experience are welcome.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

See your ideas become improvements employees use every day.

Own projects from understanding the problem through implementing the solution.

Build stronger manufacturing processes while remaining hands‑on.

Work a typical schedule, with some flexibility; generally 40 hours weekly, occasionally approximately 45.
