Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - $2,500 Sign‑On Bonus at Acts Retirement‑Life Communities

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in our skilled nursing neighborhood. The successful candidate will provide direct, hands‑on assistance with daily living activities, monitor residents’ physical and emotional well‑being, and report any changes to licensed nursing staff to ensure proactive, personalized care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility.
  • Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
  • Monitor and document residents’ well‑being and promptly report any changes.
  • Work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current State certification for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Current CPR certification (or obtained within three months of employment).

Work Schedule

Full time, all shifts.

Pay Range

$17.82 – $22.10 per hour (based on skills and experience).
