Position Overview
:
We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide psychiatric care services atour partner facilities.

Responsibilities
:
- Provide on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, andother long-term care facilities.
- Consult,educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and director ofsocial services.
- Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

- Specialty as psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) oradult-gerontology nurse practitioner (AGNP)(preferred)
- DEA license
- Availability to work during normal, weekday business hours (no nightor weekend on-call!)
