Base Pay Plus Commission $60,000. annually
Responsibilities- Provide a world-class customer experience.
- Utilize a proven service/sales process to determine each customer's unique needs and lead them through the right solutions to accomplish their goals.
- Build relationships with customers.
- Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits, as well as promotional information.
- Provide timely, relevant follow-up.
- Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good mechanical/technical skills.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- A commitment to professional appearance and attitude; willingness to represent Quality 1st Basements with integrity at all times.
- Genuine desire to grow and learn, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
- Clean driver's license.
