Location: Lansdale, PA (Service Area: Chester, Bucks, and Montgomery Counties)

Job Type: Full‑Time

Compensation: $60,000‑$80,000 annually plus incentive bonuses

Job Overview:

Pro Lift Garage Doors of Lansdale seeks a motivated, skilled Garage Door Technician with 1‑4 years of experience to join our professional team. We serve homeowners and businesses throughout Chester, Bucks, and Montgomery counties and pride ourselves on high‑quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your Role:

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential garage doors and openers.
• Install new garage doors and openers from various brands such as Lift Master and Hormann.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks to ensure long‑term functionality and safety.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining diagnoses, repair options, and maintenance recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Provide accurate estimates and collect payment upon job completion.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
• Complete work orders and required documentation accurately and promptly on the company‑provided tablet.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1‑4 years of verifiable experience as a garage door technician, including installation and repair.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills related to garage door systems; familiarity with various brands and models is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work comfortably on ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication/customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools common to the trade.
• Experience with Service Titan (huge plus).
