We are a family-owned company since 1938, growing to be a leading heat treatment provider to the U.S. Military, the aerospace industry, the medical industry, the nuclear industry, and more across the country. We are currently seeking a Millwright Mechanic for our Landsdale, PA facility.

We're growing and we need passionate, skilled individuals to grow with us.

• Install, align, dismantle, and move machinery and mechanical equipment using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools
• Occasionally perform preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose mechanical problems and repair or replace defective parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals
• Operate machine tools such as lathes, mills, grinders to modify or fabricate parts
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following all safety regulations and procedures
• Collaborate with other staff as needed

• The ideal candidate must be proficient in MIG, TIG, and/or STICK Welding and be able to fabricate custom parts and structural components to specifications.
• High school Diploma or GED, technical school or apprenticeship preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a millwright in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and fabrication blueprints
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in confined spaces when needed

• AWS welding certification
• Experience with stainless steel welding
• Machining experience
• Familiarly with PLC-controlled equipment and basic electrical troubleshooting
