First Impressions Coordinator attributes & skills:

A day in the life of the First Impressions Coordinator (front desk receptionist):
- Warmly greet customers in person and via phone (route and answer calls)
- Ensure the office is inviting and clean, exhibiting a professional image
- Set up new orders in the software system
- Serve customers: route or process earnest monies, contracts, receipts, title orders, return recorded documents
- Various clerical duties
- Professionalism
- Excellent grammar and communication skills
- Prior front desk office experience, 2 years required
- Detail oriented
- Exceptional customer focus and service
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop positive relationships with co-workers
- Ability to take initiative and give consistent and energetic effort
