First Impressions Coordinator attributes & skills:

A day in the life of the First Impressions Coordinator (front desk receptionist):

  • Warmly greet customers in person and via phone (route and answer calls)
  • Ensure the office is inviting and clean, exhibiting a professional image
  • Set up new orders in the software system
  • Serve customers: route or process earnest monies, contracts, receipts, title orders, return recorded documents
  • Various clerical duties
  • Professionalism
  • Excellent grammar and communication skills
  • Prior front desk office experience, 2 years required
  • Detail oriented
  • Exceptional customer focus and service
  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop positive relationships with co-workers
  • Ability to take initiative and give consistent and energetic effort
