Data Entry Clerk

Position Overview

Transdev in Lansing, Michigan is hiring a Data Entry Clerk. The Data Entry Clerk performs data entry of information to maintain the database through the company’s software. We are seeking customer service‑oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

The position is Non‑CBA.

• Competitive compensation package of minimum $17.00 / hour – Maximum $21.00 / hour.

• Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
• Sick days: 5 days
• Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating
• Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, voluntary long‑term disability.

• Data entry of times and odometer reading.
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks according to contractual and legal mandates.
• Input and extract data from manifests to provide data to management and the client.
• Other duties as required.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of one‑year related work experience.

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
