We’re looking for a Senior Administrative Associate to join our high‑performing team and provide executive‑level support to two members of our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of policy, strategy, and operations in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
What You’ll DoAs a Senior Administrative Associate, you’ll be a trusted partner to senior leadership, helping to streamline operations, manage communications, and coordinate strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics for senior leaders.
- Preparing briefing materials, agendas, and follow‑up documentation.
- Coordinating high‑level meetings with clients, legislators, and stakeholders.
- Serving as a liaison between leadership and internal/external contacts.
- Supporting lobbying efforts and advocacy events.
- Drafting reports, memos, and talking points.
- Mentoring interns and contributing to firm‑wide initiatives.
- Representing the firm with professionalism and discretion.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting platforms.
- Interest or experience in political and legislative processes is a plus.

Physical Requirements
- Occasional travel by car will be required for meetings and events.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. for event setup and office support.
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment.
- Must be able to hear and speak clearly to conduct business over phone, video, and in person.
