Lien Release Representative

Job Purpose/Summary

The Lien Release Representative is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of lien releases to the county/vendor for recording. The specialist will work with management to prioritize, organize, and update loans to ensure all compliance time frames are met.

Location:

Lansing, MI

Compensation: $15-18/hour

• Review and process loans for imaging, tracking, and shipping to the vendor
• E-recording and submit loans to the county for recording
• Utilize step notes accurately based on status and process to ensure reporting and other departments are notified of tasks accurately and timely
• Imaging loan documents into iBridge
• Review, correct, and process rejects distributed by the county timely
• Promptly escalation issues and concerns to management
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Reliable
• A minimum of 6-12 months clerical/office experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time throughout the workday to ensure duties are completed.
• Ability to self-motivate and adapt to changing priorities.
