The Role:Operational Controls Coordinator
Behind every successful project is a strong operational foundation—and you’ll help keep ours rock solid. As our Operational Controls Coordinator, you will support the team by managing documentation, reporting, and process coordination across multiple functions.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys improving workflows, and loves collaborating with diverse teams. You’ll play a key part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and clarity in the systems that keep our projects moving forward.
We Could Count on You With:- Acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Closeout Process and delivering training to internal teams.
- Managing reporting tools (Procore, Power BI) and maintaining project closeout data in
- Providing administrative support to our VP of Preconstruction Services, including expense reports and travel coordination.
- Assisting project teams with system navigation and troubleshooting across platforms.
- Maintaining staffing data in Bridget Bench and supporting resource planning.
- Drafting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improving internal workflows.
- Strong writing and editing skills, especially for SOP development.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Collaborative personality with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with tools such as Procore, Power BI, , and Plan Grid.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Experience in construction, preconstruction, or operational controls.
- Familiarity with staffing coordination tools and reporting dashboards.
- Prior experience supporting executive-level staff.
