Project Engineer/Project Manager – up to $100,000

Join an experienced and professional team specialising in the fabrication and installation of Commercial Facade and Glazing systems across Michigan. Our client is a market leader in their niche and strives to deliver the highest quality, high performance glazing solutions whilst ensuring long‑term sustainability.

We are immediately looking to add a young Project Manager or Project Engineer to our expanding unit who is keen to be trained and developed into a successful and established Glazing Construction Manager.

Salary: Up to $100,000

• Review architectural drawings, do takeoffs, obtain quotes for materials and prepare proposals for new contracts
• Review contract scopes and specifications, prepare all submittal information, and track approvals
• Review fabrication drawings, confirm compliance with architectural drawings, prepare RFIs, and incorporate changes
• Prepare requests for proposals, review cost, and issue purchase orders
• Prepare and manage construction schedules, daily reports, site pictures, etc.
• Attend construction meetings, field‑measure substrates, and assist superintendents with quality control
• Prepare and track punch lists; submit close‑out documents and warranties

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Construction background is essential
• Local to Lansing, MI area
• 3–5 years of construction project management experience
• Knowledge/experience in the glazing industry including curtain wall is highly desirable but not necessary
• Competent with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar)
