The Payment Processing Teller plays a key role in managing bill payment centers, handling customer interactions, ensuring accurate financial processing, and mitigating losses.

• Process 1,000-2,000 monthly bill payments via credit card, cash, check, or money order.
• Answer general customer account questions.
• Complete identity verification for new utility service customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain organizational standards.
• Control losses by following company policies and procedures.
• Work independently in an office related setting.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One or more years handling cash in a customer service environment is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to type 40 words per minute and perform standard office tasks.
• Experience with SAP applications, including Cash Desk.

• Proficiency with basic computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to meet deadlines and pay close attention to detail.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's degree in accounting or another relevant field may be preferred.
