** Job Description
** Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The position requires the person to:
* Communicate and work with customers and associates at all levels
* Learn how to and then:  + assist with reviewing and answering basic inquiries from customers  + make computer inquiries and entries relating to customer accounts  + communicate with customers and others as needed to research problems and find solutions  + collect pertinent information from customers to handle inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
* Prioritize and organize work to ensure it is completed in a timely manner
* Document customer requests and Learn how to and then assist agents with basic tasks
* Work with confidential and/or sensitive information, data, and matters in accordance with Company standards
* Maintain punctual attendance according to an assigned work schedule at a Company approved work location
* Assist with other duties as assigned within the department or elsewhere upon request
** Desired Skills & Experience
*** High school diploma or its equivalent is required
* Direct insurance agency/company experience is a plus
* Must type a minimum of 40 words per minute with 85% accuracy
* Flexibility for occasional and/or seasonal overtime
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to handle multiple assignments
