• Ensure members see a well-kept parking lot and carts are ready and available.
• Assist members with loading vehicles and provide a great member experience.
• Stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer any questions members may have.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
