A high-volume, Level IIItrauma center in Lansing, MI is seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians to provide locum tenens coverage. This opportunity is ideal for physicians with strong emergency department experience who thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Schedule:- Weekdays (Mon–Fri):
- 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Weekends (Sat–Sun):
- 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Annual ED Volume: ~40,000 visits
- Average Daily Volume: ~110 patients
- ED Beds: 42
- Trauma Designation: Level III
- Admissions from ED: ~70% of total hospital admissions
- ED Admission Rate: ~22%
- ED Transfer Rate:
