• Call Ratio: 1 out of 3 Interventional Radiologists
• Average Number of Cases Per Day: 8

  Level I
• Patient Age Demographic:
  Primarily Adult (Geriatric frequent)
• Procedures
  
  Required:
  
  Angioplasty, Stent placement, Embolization, Needle biopsy, Thrombolysis, UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization)
  • Additional Procedures Required or Preferred:
    Ortho, Gyn, Urology cases
• Support Staff:
  Manager, two APPs supporting a team of three Interventional Radiologists

Requirements:

• Board-Certified in Interventional Radiology
• Active Michigan Medical License
• BLS & ACLS Certifications
• Local Provider Only
• Clean Malpractice & License History (Highly Preferred)
• Site will look at travel providers if they can do 3+ weeks of coverage a month
