Locums - Interventional Radiologist Lansing, MichiganPosition OverviewSeeking a full-time Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist (MD) to join a 3-physician / 2-APP IR team providing hospital-based IR services with weekday day shifts and Q3 call rotation.Schedule & Call

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Call: Q3 call - every 3rd weekday + every 3rd weekend
Weekend Coverage: 3rd weekend rotation
On-Call Requirement: Yes (weekday & weekend)

Clinical Environment

Setting: Hospital-based
Trauma Designation: Level I Trauma Center
Average Cases: 8 cases/day
Patient Population: Primarily adults; geriatric patients common
IR Team: 3 Interventional Radiologists + 2 APPs
Support Staff: Department manager + 2 APPs

Required Procedures

Angioplasty
Stent placement
Embolization
Needle biopsy
Thrombolysis
UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization)

Licenses & CertificationsRequired

Board-Certified in Interventional Radiology
Active Michigan Medical License
BLS & ACLS Certifications
Local Provider Only
