We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Interventional Radiologist to provide comprehensive hospital-based services. In this role, you will be part of a team of three physicians and two advanced practice providers (APPs), delivering high-quality care to a primarily adult patient demographic. Our facility, designated as a Level I trauma center, provides a stimulating environment for professional growth and development.

Schedule and Assignment Details

Enjoy a balanced schedule with office hours from 8 AM to 4 PM and a call rotation shared among three physicians. Day call is from 7 AM to 5 PM, night call from 5 PM to 7 AM, and weekend coverage is from 7 AM to 7 AM. Call coverage is required every third weekday and third weekend, providing a predictable work-life balance.

Coverage is needed for various dates throughout 2027, including weekdays and weekends, ensuring continuity in patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who can commit to two or more weeks of coverage per month.

Support and Work Environment

Work in a supportive environment with access to a manager and two APPs, ensuring comprehensive coverage and assistance. The hospital provides all necessary resources to facilitate high-quality patient care and professional satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Interventional Radiology is required.
• Active Michigan Medical License is required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Preference for candidates with a clean malpractice and license history.
• Local candidates are preferred, though travel providers will be considered based on availability.
