We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team at Delta Center Elementary as a Kindergarten Teacher. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters the academic, social, and emotional growth of young learners. This full‑time position requires a commitment to inspiring students, collaborating with colleagues, and engaging with families to support student success.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Assess and monitor student progress through a variety of evaluation methods, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
• Foster strong relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, classroom activities, and ways to support learning at home.
• Maintain a well-organized classroom, ensuring that materials and resources are accessible and conducive to learning.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
• Uphold school policies and procedures, contributing to a safe and respectful school environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification for elementary education.
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and effective instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
• Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes and classroom management.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
