School Psychologist (Full-Time) – In-Person – Lansing, MI

Ampersand Therapy is hiring dedicated School Psychologists in the Lansing, MI area.

• Schedule: Full-Time, In-Person

• Start Date: ASAP

• Service Area: Assessment, intervention, consultation, student support

• Conduct psycho educational evaluations to support special education eligibility and services

• Provide individual and group counseling to students

• Deliver interventions and behavioral supports for academic and social-emotional development

• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote student success

• Develop and support MTSS/RTI interventions at the school level

• Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely documentation and reports

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology

• Valid MI School Psychologist License

• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Passion for supporting students and fostering inclusive environments
