Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to facilitate successful new product introductions (NPI) and ensure manufacturability.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field.
- 3+ years of experience in process development and optimization within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design.
- Demonstrated experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process troubleshooting and improvement.
- Familiarity with automation, robotics, and PLC systems in a production setting.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in robotics programming or advanced automation systems (e.g., PLCs, vision systems)
- Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., FEA, discrete event simulation)
- Data analytics and visualization experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau
