Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
- Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other automation devices for manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex control system malfunctions and process issues.
- Lead the commissioning and startup of new automated equipment and production lines.
- Optimize existing control strategies and systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and throughput.
- Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control diagrams, and system documentation.
- Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation networks (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex control systems.
- Familiarity with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB) and/or motion control systems.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 79, ISO 13849) and machine safety system design.
- Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) programming and integration.
- Proficient in industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for inspection or guidance.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and data historian integration for manufacturing data collection and analysis.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or advanced SCADA integration.
- Understanding of industrial network security principles and best practices.
