• Title:
  
  Estimator – Bridge & Heavy Highway Construction
• Full-Time Direct Hire (On-site only; office presence required)
• 5–10 years of experience in Bridgework, Reconstruction, and Pier Work
• Minimum 5 years specifically estimating bridge construction/rehabilitation
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering required

• Collect and analyze data to estimate time, materials, labor, and equipment for bridge and heavy highway project bids
• Estimate total project cost and establish project duration timelines
• Consult with industry experts to discuss estimates and resolve concerns
• Identify and quantify cost variables from materials, equipment, production time, and labor
• Interpret plans and technical documents to prepare accurate estimates
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners
• Recommend methods to improve profitability and reduce project costs
• Prepare competitive bid estimates and develop preliminary project schedules
• Coordinate resources and manage selected bid projects toward successful completion
