Lorven Technologies is seeking a talented Process Simulation Engineer to join a dynamic team in Lansing, MI. This role is essential for driving ergonomic and risk assessments while leveraging advanced simulation tools to optimize manufacturing processes from day one.

As a Process Simulation Engineer, you will work on cutting‑edge projects involving Siemens Process Simulate and Siemens NX to design and validate efficient production workflows. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure ergonomic compliance and minimize operational risks. • Develop and validate process simulations using Siemens Process Simulate and Siemens NX
• Conduct ergonomic and risk assessments for manufacturing processes
• Create and optimize 3D models and layouts using Sketch Up
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve workflow efficiency
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for process validation

• Proficiency in Siemens Process Simulate and Siemens NX
• Hands‑on experience with Sketch Up for 3D modeling
• Strong background in ergonomic and risk assessment methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

• Experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of robotic simulation and programming
• Familiarity with PLM systems and digital manufacturing tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
