Outpatient Physical Therapist – Full-Time

Location: Multiple Locations (MI, IL, IN, WI, GA)

Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 / year

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and regain mobility.
  • Develop and adjust plans of care based on patient progress.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
  • Supervise and guide therapy techs during patient care setup and cleanup.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques to improve patient function.
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and timely.
  • Meet productivity expectations (approximately 60 treatments per 40-hour workweek).
  • Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development.
  • Stay current on best practices through CEUs and continuing education.
Qualifications
  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
