Part-Time Patient Experience Representative

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Premier Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated and team oriented individual to join our Patient Experience Representative team. Established in 2015 by Tyler Wilson and Jeffrey Cook, Premier Rehabilitation has grown to 4 locations in Holt, Lansing (Frandor), Grand Ledge and Howell. We pride ourselves as a “Patient First” organization and strive to provide an outstanding customer experience. We have become the industry leading provider for physical therapy in the Lansing area and seek an exceptional individual to join our ever-growing team.

Job Type: Part Time (30 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure that all patient information is accurate and complete and request any missing patient information.
• To greet patients and direct them to their treatment area.
• To collect copays at the beginning of each appointment.
• To obtain and review referrals and other medical records.
• To create both paper and electronic copies of documentation.
• To work with personal information and maintain patient confidentiality.
• To handle and answer patient telephone inquiries.
• To make adjustments to patient appointments to ensure optimal schedule flow.
• To sort faxes into patient charts and inform appropriate departments when necessary.
• To inform patients of their insurance benefits at the initial evaluation.
