This is a per-visit role for a Physical Therapist (PT), based in the Lansing
, MI area
. The Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and assist patients in improving their mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Documenting patient records and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations will also be essential tasks.
- Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
- Proficiency in providing Home Care and personalized treatment for patients
- Strong knowledge of Medicine and therapeutic practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and work independently
- Experience in home health care settings is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
