Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 for eligible new hires.

Wages: $17.69/hour starting for non-certified Medical Assistants; $18.41/hour for Medical Assistants certified through AAMA or AMT.

• Completes all assigned tasks and responsibilities accurately and timely.
• Responds promptly, professionally, and courteously to all customers’ needs.
• Cooperates and communicates effectively with all McLaren Health Care team members.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of Patient Access, Medical Billing or Customer Service work experience.
• Proven skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Windows-based applications, and 10‑key calculator.

• Associate Degree in Health Care, Finance or related area (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Certification in medical billing, coding, or equivalent job-specific certification.
• Working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10.
• One‑year experience in Revenue Cycle.
