Advanced Dermatology is looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team in Lansing, MI. We seek candidates with strong customer service skills, clinical competence, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

• Evaluate skin conditions of patients
• Assess and update medical history of patients
• Keep a record of patients’ dermatological symptoms
• Analyze information regarding skin health conditions
• Inform patients about proper and available treatments
• Conduct non‑intrusive medical procedures
• Educate patients about preventive skin care
• Screen patients and employees daily upon entry

• Customer service experience required
• Computer literate
• CPR certification strongly preferred or ability to obtain within four weeks
• Ability to learn and understand medical terminology and vital signs
• At least one year of dermatology experience preferred
• MA certificate of completion/diploma from a medical vocational program preferred
