As a Home Health Physical Therapist you'll provide skilled, one-on-one therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes, helping them regain strength, mobility and independence. • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• At least one year of clinical experience (home care experience preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
