Caregiver Home Care Aide

We are looking for caregivers to join our team! You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in their homes. We also have staffing positions available.

We are looking for compassionate team members who want to help others! Our company is offering profit sharing for the 2022 year for employees who work well and are true team members.

We have full-time and part-time work available, both days and nights, both weekdays and weekends. A perfect job with flexibility for a busy single mom.

Unlike some other agencies, we do all of our own hiring and scheduling, and we answer our own phones 24/7! We get to know you personally, and we match you with clients that we, personally, have signed up.

We offer a very supportive office team! We are available 24/7 and we answer our own phones. The majority of our office staff is former First Light caregivers that were promoted – you could be next! We introduce you to every new client in person.

• Must be able to pass a 10‑panel drug test
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Car insurance
• Negative TB test
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for several hours if the client requires
• Must be able to provide 3 professional references
