In-Home NP: HRA Assessments

Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Lansing, MI. This role offers flexible scheduling and the ability to contribute meaningfully outside a traditional clinic setting.

Qualified NPs will travel to patients' homes, perform non-invasive physical assessments, review medical history, and document findings accurately while providing basic wellness education.
