Community Health Navigator: Patient Intake & Scheduling

Ingham County is seeking a medical clerical and customer service professional to coordinate daily administration for providers, staff, visitors and clients at the county health department. You will enroll clients, answer questions on procedures, eligibility, scheduling, and prepare registration and insurance forms.

Using the Patient Management/EHR system, maintain records, perform data entry, assist with accounts receivable/payable, scheduling, filing, and outreach to clients and medical staff.
