The full-time, non-exempt Clinical Receptionist-SBHC reports to the Practice Manager. The Clinical Receptionist plays a crucial role in the School-Based Health Center by serving as the primary point of contact for students, families, and school partners during clinical visits. Works collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality health care to all.

This position is located in Pontiac, MI. Our standard hours are Monday
- Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm or following the school schedule.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6 +months in a customer service or clinical receptionist position is required.
• Strong computer skills and experience using Electronic Medical Records (Next Gen preferred) and knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet.
• Spanish speaking preferred
