CT Tech

Job Details:

• 8-hour shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Monday through Friday at the outpatient facility, with 2-3 weekends per month at the main hospital

• Position rotates between the hospital and outpatient center with majority of time spent at the outpatient center

• Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers not accepted

• Travel experience required

• No on-call requirements

• Must be CT Certified and hold ARRT certification

• ARRT Advanced Certification required

• Epic charting experience preferred

• Scrub color:
Light Blue

• Free parking available with badge access to parking garage

• Work with patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

• Required work setting experience: inpatient, ER, Level 1 Trauma, Adult ICU, IV, and contrast

• Required skills include CT procedures with and without contrast (abdomen, chest, head, pelvis), coronary CTA, vascular CTA, brain perfusion, myelography, musculoskeletal trauma, biopsies, aspirations, drainage procedures, PACS, starting peripheral IVs, and preparation and administration of contrast media

• Toshiba equipment experience preferred

• All RTO must be submitted at time of profile submission

• All allied candidates must be able to provide proof of high school level education

Facility:

This facility is a short-term acute care hospital and designated Level I Trauma Center and Stroke Center with 632 staffed beds. It holds Magnet status and operates as a teaching hospital, reflecting a commitment to excellence in patient care and medical education. The facility utilizes Epic as its primary charting system and supports a high-volume, multidisciplinary care environment across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
